Haben Sie sich schon mal die Frage gestellt?<\/p><p>Ist die Lehrlingsausbildung nicht einfach nur Mehraufwand, die man sich eigentlich nicht unbedingt antun muss?<\/p><p>Wir sagen: Nein! RUBA will die Zukunft von Jugendlichen mitgestalten und auch unsere Aufgabe ist es, sie f\u00fcr die verschiedenen Berufe wie z.B. Konstrukteur, Kunststofftechnologe, Kauffrau\/Kaufmann, etc. zu begeistern und sich aktiv f\u00fcr die Ausbildung der Fachkr\u00e4fte einzusetzen. In unserem Familienbetrieb garantiert eine Ausbildung einen umfassenden Einblick in die Abl\u00e4ufe und Strukturen eines Kleinunternehmens. Wir bieten neben fundiertem Wissen und praktischen F\u00e4higkeiten auch die M\u00f6glichkeit die soziale Kompetenz zu verstehen und zu praktizieren, was f\u00fcr die Zukunft der Arbeitswelt, sowie im privaten Leben sehr wichtig ist. Ebenso m\u00f6chten wir den Jugendlichen durch die Ausbildung eine Perspektive geben, sich eine solide Grundlage f\u00fcr ein eigenst\u00e4ndiges Leben aufzubauen.<\/p><p>Das neue Schuljahr hat begonnen und wir k\u00f6nnen einen unserer neusten Kr\u00e4fte <strong>Herrn Finn Thurnherr<\/strong> willkommen heissen. Er hat seine 3-j\u00e4hrige Ausbildung als Kaufmann im B\u00fcro im August 2023 angefangen. Frau Jauslin, unsere Berufsbildnerin, wird Finn begleiten, unterst\u00fctzen und f\u00f6rdern.
