Herr <strong>RU<\/strong>dolf <strong>BA<\/strong>umgarnter (RUBA) konstruierte hier seine erste Spritzgussform und bald danach startete die erste Produktion von Schraubverschl\u00fcssen. Nach den ersten Erfolgen gr\u00fcndete er die Firma RUBA Thermoplast AG und auch drei Generationen sp\u00e4ter tragen wir mit Stolz den urspr\u00fcnglichen Namen bis heute weiter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Das Jahr 1974 war f\u00fcr die RUBA das \u00abUmzugsjahr\u00bb. Die erste Produktionshalle und der Werkzeugbau wurden in Zuzgen, nur 10km von Rheinfelden entfernt, gebaut. 2003 \u00fcbernahm der j\u00fcngste Sohn<strong> Herr Jost Baumgartner<\/strong> die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung.<\/p><p>Dank der richtigen Strategie, der Erneuerung des Maschinenparks und nat\u00fcrlich der exzellenten Qualit\u00e4t der Produkte und Dienstleistungen, wuchsen die Anfragen der Kunden stetig. Die Lagerkapazit\u00e4t wurde langsam zu eng, weshalb in 2014 eine neue Lagerhalle gebaut wurde, welche drei Jahre sp\u00e4ter eine weitere Erweiterung brauchte. Heute verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber eine Produktionsfl\u00e4che von \u00fcber 1600qm und bis zu 1\u2019000qm Lager.<\/p><p>Seit 2020 wird die RUBA von <strong>Frau Sarah Rieder<\/strong> geleitet. <em>\u00abEs ist nicht selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, in dieser Branche innerhalb der Familie eine Nachfolge zu finden. Deshalb bin ich sehr gl\u00fccklich, dass meine Tochter in 3.
