We focus on precision, quality and responsible production that conserves resources and increases efficiency. In this way, we combine Swiss craftsmanship with a clear vision of the future.
On the way to more Sustainability
In recent years, we have continuously invested in environmentally friendly technologies and processes. Step by step, we are reducing our energy consumption, conserving resources, and lowering our CO₂ emissions. Sustainability is not a one-time project, but an ongoing part of our corporate development.

Since 2023, we have been making a further active contribution to climate protection.
Our solar system enables us to save 26 tons of CO₂ annually. This not only reduces our ecological footprint, but also sends a clear signal about sustainable practices within our company.
Fully electric
We have been using fully electric injection molding machines since 2024.
They require less energy, reduce cooling requirements, and thus lower our CO₂ emissions. We are consistently pursuing this strategy: we are gradually replacing older machines with fully electric ones.
ISO 14001
We are ISO 14001 certified since 2007.
This standard confirms that we have implemented a systematic environmental management system. For the environment, this means that we use our resources efficiently, reduce emissions, and continuously work to minimize our ecological impact.
Waste heat
We use the waste heat from our production machines to heat our production facilities, toolmaking, and offices.
As a result, we only need as much heating oil as an average single-family home and significantly reduce our CO₂ emissions.
Goals for tomorrow
We want to continue reducing our ecological footprint, using energy efficiently, and conserving resources in the future. We are committed to continuous innovation and sustainable technologies in order to steadily increase our contribution to environmental protection. Our goals:
CO₂ Reduction
By 2040, we want to reduce CO₂ emissions per cap by 20%.
We achieve this goal through innovative production processes, the use of efficient technologies, and close cooperation with customers. We actively contribute to climate protection and develop our products in a more sustainable manner without compromising on quality and function.
Optimize cooling
Our machine cooling requires a lot of energy. We want to reduce this by 40% by 2030.
With modern technologies and optimized processes, we are not only reducing CO₂ emissions, but also making our production more environmentally friendly and sustainable, step by step!
PCR
We want to manufacture at least 30% of our caps from PCR material. This will reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 29%.
We work in partnership with customers and suppliers to promote sustainable production and encourage the circular economy.
Recycling packaging
In the future, we want to source 80% of our packaging from recycled materials.
This enables us to reduce waste, conserve resources, and make an important contribution to the circular economy. Together with our suppliers and customers, we are thus strengthening our responsibility for a more sustainable future.
