We are pleased to announce an expansion of our product range. From now on the Polyethylene tube shoulders with M15 thread for tubes with Ø30mm, Ø35mm and Ø40mm are available. 

A big compliment to our designers! Thanks to their know-how and many years of experience was achieved an optimal result. The investment in the 2-cavity pilot mold has paid off and we were able to recognize, identify and eliminate possible sources of error at an early stage. Likewise, some improvements were made, such as shortening the cycle time. After the optimization, we started the manufacturing of the 24-cavity hot runner mold. The unique multitool is designed so, that only with one tool we can produce all tube shoulders in 3 different diameters with four openings: 2mm-3mm-5mm-8mm .

Once the manufacturing process was successfully completed, the project entered the final and most important phase: first sampling. The first polyethylene “newbie” were tested for drawing conformity and the release for series production was given. The maximum daily output has reached 170’000 pieces.
