RUBA veut contribuer \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l'avenir des jeunes et il est \u00e9galement de notre devoir de les enthousiasmer pour les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers tels qu'ing\u00e9nieur concepteur, plasturgiste, employ\u00e9 commercial, etc. et de soutenir activement l\u2019apprentissage de travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s. Dans notre entreprise familiale, l\u2019apprentissage garantit une connaissance compl\u00e8te des processus et des structures d'une petite entreprise. En plus de connaissances approfondies et de comp\u00e9tences pratiques, nous offrons \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de comprendre et de mettre en pratique des comp\u00e9tences sociales, tr\u00e8s importantes pour l'avenir du monde du travail et de la vie priv\u00e9e. Nous souhaitons \u00e9galement donner aux jeunes la possibilit\u00e9 de construire, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formation, des bases solides pour une vie ind\u00e9pendante.<\/p><p>La nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire a commenc\u00e9 et nous pouvons accueillir l'un de nos nouveaux employ\u00e9s, <strong>Monsieur Finn Thurnherr<\/strong> . Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 son apprentissage de 3 ans comme employ\u00e9 commercial en ao\u00fbt 2023. Mme Jauslin, notre formatrice professionnelle, accompagnera, soutiendra et encouragera Finn.
