RU<\/strong>dolf <strong>BA<\/strong>umgarnter (RUBA) y a construit son premier moule \u00e0 injection et peu de temps apr\u00e8s, la premi\u00e8re production de bouchons \u00e0 vis a commenc\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s le premier succ\u00e8s, il fonde la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 RUBA Thermoplast AG et, trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus tard, nous portons fi\u00e8rement encore aujourd'hui le nom d'origine.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 1974 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour nous \u00abl\u2019ann\u00e9e du d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement\u00bb. Le premier hall de production et l'atelier d'outillage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construits \u00e0 Zuzgen, \u00e0 seulement 10 km de Rheinfelden.\nEn 2003, le plus jeune fils,<strong> M. Jost Baumgartner<\/strong> a repris la direction.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la bonne strat\u00e9gie, au renouvellement du parc machines et bien s\u00fbr \u00e0 l'excellente qualit\u00e9 des produits et services, les demandes des clients ont \u00e9norm\u00e9ment augment\u00e9. La capacit\u00e9 de stockage est devenue trop limit\u00e9e, c'est pourquoi un nouvel entrep\u00f4t a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit en 2014, qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une nouvelle extension trois ans plus tard. Aujourd'hui, nous disposons d'une surface de production de plus de 1\u2019600 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et jusqu'\u00e0 1\u2019000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d'entrep\u00f4t.<\/p><p>Depuis 2020, RUBA est dirig\u00e9e par <strong>Mme Sarah Rieder<\/strong> . <em>\u00abCe n\u2019est pas une \u00e9vidence de trouver un successeur dans sa  famille pour ce secteur.
