Afin de pouvoir traiter les bouchons de diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux comme le PEHD, le PCR ou le PET, notre d\u00e9partement de construction a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une ligne universelle sp\u00e9ciale. Le moule \u00e0 injection \u00e0 8 cavit\u00e9s avec une fermeture \u00e0 aiguille a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 d\u00e8s l'approbation.<\/span>
<\/p>

La transparence du copolyester nous enthousiasme \u00e0 chaque fois. Cette r\u00e9sine thermoplastique est exempte de BPA et nous l'utilisons d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour la production des bouchons combin\u00e9s ou des bouchons \u00e0 vis.<\/span><\/p>

Un objectif \u00e9largi pour la ligne Universal \u00e9tait la mise en \u0153uvre de la production en s\u00e9rie sur un plastique 100%-PCR, qui poss\u00e8de une homologation alimentaire. Ce d\u00e9fi a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 quelques essais qui nous ont non seulement permis d'acqu\u00e9rir un grand savoir-faire dans l'utilisation de ce nouvel outil, mais aussi de concr\u00e9tiser notre vision d'un bouchon \u00e0 vis durable dans le domaine alimentaire.<\/span><\/p>

Ces bouchons homologu\u00e9s par la FDA, d'un diam\u00e8tre de 25, 30 et 35 mm, pr\u00e9sentent une couleur transparente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bleut\u00e9e. Ils sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gants, chics et conviennent \u00e9galement parfaitement aux nombreux produits Skin-care.<\/span><\/p>
