Two young motivated gentlemen started their apprenticeship with us this August.

Mr. Danijel Dobrosavljevic supports for two years the production as a practitioner in plastic materials.
For our commercial trainee Mr. Michael Schybli wait a lot of interesting tasks in the area of service and administration for the next three years.

A few weeks ago Ms. Sascha Jauslin (Sales, Purchasing & Logistic Manager) successfully completed the vocational trainer course and will officially support our apprentices in the commercial area on their way into a new phase of their lives:
«Anyone who decides to have an trainee in the company must be aware that the apprenticeship requires time and patience. I completed my apprenticeship at RUBA more than 6 years ago and since then I have been working as a practical trainer in our company and I am the first contact person for the apprentices. That's why it's a matter of the heart for me to support young people during this time. It is important that the trainees will be encouraged and challenged. Only then they will be able to achieve the business goals and receive a good quality education for the future.”

We wish our new colleagues a successful apprenticeship and much fun on their new jobs. Also we wish Ms. Jauslin plenty of patience :=)
