Would you like to be among the first to test our new super-transparent closures? In addition, we now also have PCR closures with FDA approval on offer!

In order to be able to process the closures made of different materials such as HDPE, PCR or PET, our design department developed a special universal line. The 8-cavity injection mould with a valve gate was used immediately after release.

The glass clarity of the copolyester inspires us every time anew. This thermoplastic resin is BPA-free and is already used by us for the production of the combi-caps and screw caps.

We did it!

An extended goal for the Universal line was the conversion of series production to a 100%-PCR plastic that has food approval. This challenge led to several trials, which not only gave us a lot of know-how with the handling of the new tool, but also to realise the vision of a sustainable screw cap in the food sector.

These FDA-approved closures in diameters of 25, 30 and 35mm have a transparent, slightly bluish inherent colour, are very elegant, chic and equally ideal for the numerous skin-care products.
