Shortly before the end of the year, we successfully commissioned a new 24-cavities injection mold for our Softline and Hardline Deluxe caps Ø35mm!

This tool replaces two smaller 12-cavities tools and thus enables a considerable increase in efficiency. The “old” tools remain in use and are used for the production of the Edge-line and for the manufacture of specific caps.

• Flexibility: Multiple productions of the same caps are possible at the same time

By the way:

Like almost all of our tools, the mold was designed and manufactured entirely in-house. This not only guarantees the highest quality standards, but also close control over the entire production process.
