The material used in the plastics industry is one of the most important factors in recycling.

The high demand for recycled and mono materials has challenged us to develop a new line. Our previous experience has shown that the best results can only be achieved with a valve gate system. Thus, we have designed and manufactured a completely new 8-cavity mould.

This new line meets the following requirements of the Packaging Act:

1. processing of different materials HDPE, PET and PCR

Even impurities in the PCR material are no problem for our new tool.

2. weight reduction

The new Uniline closures are among the lightest double-wall closures in the RUBA portfolio.
