The new screw cap for Lipbalm tubes Ø19mm is equipped with an M15 thread and is available in a glossy finish. The first sampling of the polypropylene and polyethylene caps achieved a positive result.

  • Materials: PP, PE and PCR
  • Sealing pin: Ø 1.6mm
  • Weight of the cap: 1.89 g PP, 1.99 g PE 
  • Production with an 8-cavity tool designed and manufactured in-house 
  • Cycle time: approx. 18 sec. by PP, 21 sec. by PE
  • Daily output: 35'000 - 38'000 pcs
  • Compatibility: for tubes with Ø19mm and thread M15
