Innovation - 2-component closure
Our new innovative RUBA closure is characterised by the fact that it consists of two components and 2 different materials/colours at the same time. For the prototype we used our Classic Standard Ø35mm, using polypropylene and an aluminium plate.
In addition, we have engraved our RUBA logo on the aluminium plate as an example. Click on the image on the right and please use Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC to see a 3D preview.
This would also be possible with other standard closures from Ø30mm. Depending on the customer's needs and requirements, there are various options for customising the closures. We would be happy to send you samples and advise you personally. Simply enter your contact details here.
RUBA toolmaking - a key success factor
Our own tool shop develops, designs and builds the high-quality tools for our entire portfolio. In order to keep the RUBA tools always at the best level, great attention is paid to regular care and maintenance.
If necessary, repairs are carried out in-house. With modern milling, turning and eroding machines as well as CAD/CAM systems, we can react flexibly and quality-consciously to the requirements of our customers. Just ask us and let us convince you of the diversity of our services.
New warehouse
At the end of last year, we started building a new warehouse with a logistics platform. The new hall is 36 m long and 20 m wide. This will more than double our storage capacity after the planned handover in April.
This investment also gives us the opportunity to further expand our machinery.
New worker
We are pleased to welcome Mr Refik Xheladini as a new colleague in the RUBA team. Mr Xheladini has been working for us since October and supports our production with his competent knowledge as an experienced plastics technologist. We wish him much success and joy in his versatile new tasks!
