The needs, wishes and suggestions of our customers always drive us to develop something new and thus expand our portfolio.
Two new outer shapes, which were developed and produced in our company like all the others, were successfully sampled. From now on, a new ribbed outer shape is available for Deluxe Line diameters 30mm and 35mm. Do you already buy closures from our Hard-, Soft-, Edge- or Kingsline series? Then no new homologation is necessary. The new ribbed closures are produced with the same tool.

PCTG is a material that has good chemical resistance, excellent material compatibility and high transparency. All these properties have inspired us to develop a new line.
First, a cavity in Ø30mm with M15 thread in PCTG was successfully sampled. Thanks to the perfect glass clarity, the potential is great and the closures can be ideally used in any industry. After positive results, we also tested 100%-PCR-PET with food approval and these results also far exceeded our expectations.
Therefore, the complete 8-cavity mould will soon be produced. The innovative mould with hot runner has been designed so that it can be used for several closure diameters with thread M15/M11. We will keep you informed about further steps.
