Shaping the future by RUBA

Why should exact our company train apprentices? Have you ever asked yourself that question?

Isn't apprenticeship training just extra work, that we don't really need?

We say: No! RUBA wants to help to shape the future of young people and it's our duty to inspire them for various professions such as designer and developer of tool, plastics technologist, sales manager, etc. In our family-company they will get to know all departments, gaining a comprehensive insight into the processes and structures of the company. In addition to wide knowledge and practical skills, we also offer the opportunity to understand and practice social competence, which is very important for the future of the working world, as well as in private life. We also want to give the young people a perspective to build a solid foundation for an independent life.

The new school year has started and we could welcome one of our newest trainees Mr Finn Thurnherr. He started his 3-year apprenticeship as a commercial trainee in August 2023. Ms. Sascha Jauslin, our training supervisor, will accompany, support, and encourage Finn. She, as well as our three apprentices and of course the entire RUBA team, is looking forward to the fresh reinforcement to our office-department.

We wish Finn a good start into his educational and multifaceted apprenticeship!

We are also already looking for a talented polymer technologist trainee for next year!
