The recyclability, especially in the packaging industry, is a must these days. Many of our customers are currently switching their products to monotubes. The reason is very simple: tube and cap that are both made from the same material, are easier to recycle. 

Our PE caps meet all the requirements for monomaterial solutions. Of the 300 different screw caps that we have in our product range, many articles have already been evaluated as successful. The closures from the Classic Standard line belong currently to the best-selling PE caps. Due to the large order volume, we can purchase the PE resin in "silo quantities" and therefore use the KI index as a basis for calculation, which is especially beneficial for our customers. We can therefore say, that if you are looking for a sustainable and cost efficient solution for the packaging, this is currently the best solution.

When the same material is used for the tube and the cap, we recommend carrying out the leakage test. For PE caps is particularly suitable a mat design, as it is less sensitive in terms of flow lines and scratches.
